Pawpower Racing will provide service requested. We will test all necessary equipment prior to your event. (note that in the event of sickness, vehicle breakdown or any natural emergency Pawpower Racing has the right to modify, change or cancel this agreement without prejudice.)

We require a deposit of 50%,(unless other wise noted) when this agreement is finalized, the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival. We have the right to use you as a reference via telephone, correspondence or any other form therein unless other written arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, travelers check or money order, please make payable to M.A.T. Enterprises - PPR. In the event a check is returned to us as “NSF or Uncollected” we will assess a $45.00 collection fee plus amount of the check. We require a minimum of 2 weeks for any cancellation. Less than that will result in Pawpower Racing retaining the deposit.

We require that any and all persons sign a release agreement prior to the event. If any of the persons participating in the event is under the age of 18 the release agreement must be signed by their parent or guardian.
